Provider Terms of Service

1. Introduction

By registering as a Service Provider on HelloMandsaur, you agree to comply with these terms. This platform serves as a digital vehicle for providing customer service connections. We act as a neutral bridge facilitating discovery and communication; however, we are not a party to any service agreements and are not the employers of the service providers.

2. Registration & Verification

• Prohibition of False Information: Providers are strictly mandated to provide 100% accurate, truthful, and verified personal and business details. Providing fake names, dummy contact numbers, or misleading addresses is a violation of these terms.
• We reserve the right to verify your credentials, identity, and skills before granting the "Verified" badge.
• Any misrepresentation of services, certifications, or skills will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

3. Service Quality

To maintain the community trust of Mandsaur, providers are expected to:

• Be punctual for all bookings and appointments.
• Maintain professional conduct and cleanliness at the customer's location.
• Provide fair and transparent pricing to the customers.
• Work Accountability: You are solely accountable for the quality, safety, and legality of the work performed. HelloMandsaur is not responsible for your workmanship or any promises made to the customer.

4. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

• We are committed to a fraud-free ecosystem. Any provider found engaging in deceptive practices, bait-and-switch pricing, or financial scams will be reported to local authorities.
• Using the platform to harvest customer data for unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.

5. Fees & Commission

As of now, HelloMandsaur is a zero-commission platform. We do not charge providers for successful bookings. However, optional premium features (like featured ads) may incur a clearly stated fee.

6. Liability

HelloMandsaur is not liable for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between providers and customers. We recommend providers maintain their own professional insurance where applicable.

7. Termination

We reserve the unilateral right to deactivate or remove any provider profile that receives consistent poor ratings, provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or violates any city laws.
